We’re used to seeing Patrick Mahomes on the field, but off the field, he seems way different. On the field, he’s all business, leading his team to Super Bowl championships and win after win. But, off the field, Patrick Mahomes’ family is adorable, and he’s a total family guy.

Brittany Mahomes, his wife, recently took to Instagram to do a Q&A about the struggles of being a mom. The Kansas City Current co-owner, 27, has posted many lovely family photos on Instagram showing the couple’s kids: Patrick “Bronze” Lavon and daughter Sterling Skye.

In the Q&A, she said, “I think for me it was just still learning to make time for yourself and other stuff and not just solely your child! Life is still moving when you have a kiddo so obviously they become your main priority but you can’t just forget about everything else you did before.”

When asked if she’s ever had a hard time with mom guilt, she said, “100%” she does. “I often feel bad having help with them and not being able to just do it all on my own,” she said. “Also leaving them, not good at that part.”

She also talked about the help that she has at home. “Yes, I have help 😂,” she said, with a laughing, crying face. “And I’m very thankful for it! Chef, nanny, a virtual assistant lol, and our security team.”

Patrick Mahomes’ family: They’re just like us

It’s cute to see how down-to-earth Brittany and Patrick are when it comes to family. It’s probably comforting for other mothers to know, too, that even Brittany struggles with being a mom. We’re all human, after all. One thing is for sure: This family is downright cute. The couple’s recent Easter photo features Brittany in a bright orange sundress and high heels, alongside Patrick in an orange shirt and jeans, both of them holding their kids.
