The Golden Arches of fast-food giant McDonald’s are prepping for a menu change. After all, any good fast-food chain likes to switch up its menu on a regular basis to keep customers happy, and McDonald’s is no exception.

This menu change, however, involves bringing back a fan favorite. Customers have actually been asking for this menu item to be brought back for a long time now.

Make way for the return of the McDonald’s Snack Wrap. The restaurant chain teased its return this week, and it’s something McDonald’s have been prepping consumers for since December.

McDonald’s U.S. president Joe Erlinger confirmed on “Good Morning America” in December 2024 that the beloved menu item would be coming back sometime in 2025, and now, the chain’s social media accounts are teasing its eminent return.

“snack wraps 0x.14.2025,” the official McDonald’s X account posted on April 15, indicating that the favorite menu item would return on the 14th day of a certain month in 2025. The 0x indicates it will probably be in May through September, since 10 marks October.

This menu item is reportedly so popular that fans have been emailing Erlinger about it for a while now.

“The Snack Wrap will be back in 2025,” Erlinger said on Good Morning America in December 2024. “It has a cult following. I get so many emails into my inbox about this product.” At the time, Erlinger didn’t dish on when specifically the Snack Wrap would be back due to “competitive reasons.”

The Snack Wrap debuted on McDonald’s menu back in 2006. It has evolved over the years and has gone through “several different iterations,” according to the Food Network, but the basis of the Snack Wrap has been chicken breast meat that’s grilled or crispy, lettuce, cheese and sauce, in a soft flour tortilla. So, Snack Wrap fans should celebrate, because it’s coming back soon.
