We’ve heard plenty of buzz about a new Tool album in 2018 (yay!), but what about a tour?

A Twitter follower recently asked frontman Maynard James Keenan if the Tool crew is planning a “mini” 2018 tour around their scheduled Rock on the Range and Northern Invasion performances.

Keenan’s answer will leave fans scrambling to get tickets for those two festivals, as Maynard’s answer was a simple, “no.”

Now, this could also mean Tool is planning a tour for later in the year, well past those festival dates.

Only time will tell.
