Amy Lee and the Evanescence crew have posted a new version of their 2006 song, “Lacrymosa,” which will arrive on their upcoming “Synthesis” album. The tune originally appeared on the band’s sophomore full-length, “The Open Door” and has been reworked with a full orchestra.
“Synthesis” re-imagines tracks from Evanescence’s full discography with a full orchestra and various electronics. The release also features to new songs: “Imperfection” and “Hi-Lo.”
“Synthesis” will hit stores on Nov. 10.
Lee and Evanescence are currently on a North American tour to promote “Synthesis,” and the shows include a full orchestra. The tour is set to wrap up Dec.19 in Portland, Oregon.
