Before the White Stripes, there was the Hentchmen, a Detroit band that rocked in out sometime around 1998. The group released an album, named “Hentch-Forth,” with Jack White playing bass.
Now, the folks at Jack White’s record label, Third Man Records, are gearing up to release an extended version of that album on vinyl.
“Hentch-Forth” will bring together the original album with a handful of bonus tracks, including the track “Some Other Guy,” on which White performs on guitar.
The “Hentch-Forth” is available now through ThirdManStore.com.
In other news, White is currently wrapping up work on his upcoming solo album.
