Dan Auerbach of the Black Keys will kick off a North American tour next year to promote his new solo album, “Waiting on a Song.” The tour will start Feb. 10 in Vancouver, Canada, and close out April 5 in Denver, Colorado.
The trek, called the Easy Eye Sound Revue tour, will also bring opening acts on Auerbach’s Easy Eye Sound record label, such as Shannon Shaw and Robert Finley. For ticket information, head to EasyEyeSound.com.
In other news, later this month, Auerbach is scheduled to perform two concerts with folk great John Prine, who has a guest appearance on “Waiting on a Song.”
Auerbach will also record episode of “Austin City Limits” on Nov. 27.
