The NFL pre-season is officially on. Plenty of outlets are coming out with their list of the best offenses in the NFL, and now, AlternativeFix.com has our tally set. So, what teams have the best offenses in the NFL for 2023?

I like to switch these rankings up with some surprises. Sure, Kansas City is hot this year, as they have been for the past several years. The Chiefs are favorite to get to the Super Bowl again, and they have a strong offense. But, plenty of other teams deserve the attention, too.

Best Offenses in the NFL for 2023

1. Kansas City Chiefs. The aforementioned Kansas City Chiefs are our pick for the No. 1 offense in the NFL. They not only have Patrick Mahomes as quarterback, but they have other key players, such as Donovan Smith and Jawaan Taylor. They’re the offensive line to beat.

2. Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles are the other major offensive line to beat in 2023. With Jalen Hurts at the helm, plus new players, such as former Detroit Lion D’Andre Swift and Rashaad Penny, should add plenty of aggression and precision to their game.

3. Buffalo Bills. The Bills could surprise us and be No. 1 this year. Josh Allen is back from his elbow injury and ready to rock. They’ve also added Stefon Diggs and other key players.

4. Cincinnati Bengals. Joe Burrow is an unbelievable talented quarterback. The team has a solid bounty of players around him, too, and should be difficult to top on the field.

5. Detroit Lions. Here’s a surprise. Not many outlets have picked the Detroit Lions to have one of the best offenses in the NFL, but I’m going with them. They were nearly undefeated during the second half of last season, and the games they lost were largely due to weaknesses in defense. Also, Jared Goff is quite an underrated quarterback. He’s been to a Super Bowl with the L.A. Rams, and he’s raring to go back, this time with the Lions. If you’re sleeping on the Lions, wake up.
