Remember to “fall back” this weekend, as daylight saving time officially ends this Sunday morning (Nov. 7) at 2 a.m., with clocks moving back to 1 a.m.

That means beginning Sunday, sunrises and sunsets will start one hour earlier. Americans will also get an extra hour of sleep.

While many smartphones and smart devices will have their clocks rolled back automatically, many home appliances will have to be changed manually.

The only areas of the U.S. not impacted by the change are Hawaii, sections of Arizona and people living in U.S. territories.

The U.S. will “spring forward” on March 13 at 2 a.m., with clocks moving up an hour to 3 a.m.
