Earlier today (Jan. 4), the guys of Judas Priest released a special teaser for “Lightning Strike,” a song off the band’s much-anticipated upcoming album, “Firepower.”
While the full clip was expected to arrive tomorrow (Friday, Jan. 5), the full version has made its way online this evening. Listen to the full song here via Vimeo.
This is epic-sounding Judas Priest, and “Lightning Strike” definitely gets me pumped for the full album.

The North American leg of the band’s “Firepower” tour will set off on March 13 in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, and run through a May 1 date in San Antonio, Texas. Saxon and Black Star Riders will open.
